made at time of purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We will stay in

Safety
Children should always be supervised with our merchandise. Some items may
have small pieces(rhinestones, beads, sequins, etc.) which could potentially be
a choking hazard to children under 3. We cannot be held responsible for any
injuries related to our products.
Shipping Time
Please note that all products
are custom made when you order!
Dragonfly Bowtique's current processing time is approximately 10-14 days
before your order ships. We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail
with delivery confirmation, which takes 2-7 days for delivery depending on your
distance from Dragonfly Bowtique.
