What types of payments do you accept? TOP
We currently accept payments made by PayPal (including credit card, PayPal balance transfers, and bank account transfers) Note: Your order cannot be processed until payment is received.

What is your return policy? TOP

Unfortunately due to the nature of the items being hand made to order, items are not returnable.

We send our items with the same care as they were created. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me with 48 hrs of receiving your item.

How long will it be before my order is shipped? TOP
Once payment is received, your order processing time is approximately 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding all major holidays).  All orders are handmade to order just for you!

Why does it take so long to create my order? TOP
I try to get everyones order out as soon as possible. I dont compromise the quality of my products over time. I have two beautiful children and as you know, family comes first. However, it may be due to a ribbon shortage or I need to order your specific ribbon. All orders are handmade to order just for you!

Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying? TOP
Absolutely!!  Quality is our #1 priority here at Dragonfly Bowtique! Each and every little end of every bow will be sealed! Your bows will continue to look new year after year with gentle care.    

May I custom order bows? TOP
Contact us and we will see if we have the colors or prints available in stock. Payment is due at time of order.

How can I be sure my bows will hold their shape? TOP
Each one of our bows is treated before being sent out to ensure they hold their shape during shipping. This means your bows will always look crisp, clean and perfect. Should your bow start to lose shape, simply fluff the loops and spray with fabric starch if desired.

Will my item be exactly as displayed? TOP

We strive to make each bow as beautiful and perfect as the last. However, colors and/or embellishments may not be available or discontinued. In this event we will make sure the item looks fabulous with an alternative color, style or embellishment.

Note: Computer resolutions may vary, causing bow & ribbon colors/prints to appear different in person.

What is a Alligator Clip? TOP
Alligator clips are a pinch clip that is used for all of our clippies and is great for baby and toddler bows when the hair is not as thick. Alligator clips are also the clip of choice when you want to attach a bow to one of our interchangeable bow bands. For heavier bows and clippies, I recommend a french Barrett.

What is a French Barrett? TOP
French barrettes are good for older girls with thicker hair.

How are your bows made? TOP

Our bows are hand sewn. Any embellishments or crystals added, are glued securely.
Always use adult supervision.

Note: Computer resolution can affect bow & ribbon colors, and

 may appear darker or lighter in person.

Do you accept Rush Orders? TOP
Yes, we will work with you as much as possible. To rush an order, there is a fee of $10.00. Please contact us before ordering to obtain confirmation.

What if I made a mistake with my order? TOP
If you have made a mistake with your order, contact us as soon as possible! You can do this via email.

Is there a way to tell if my order has been shipped yet? TOP
YES! Just go to the ORDER STATUS section of our website and enter your order info. You will then be able to view your order and see if your order has been processed and shipped yet. The exact date of shipment will be listed.

Do items ever go out of stock? TOP
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain hair accessories before we can update our boutique. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact via email right away to ask if you would like your money back for that item or exchange for another item.

What is the no slip material for alligator clips? TOP
Our no slip material is made of a soft rubbery material that we glue to the bottom of our alligator clips. It helps hold onto even the tiniest amount of hair! It leaves no residue and is not sticky.

Yes, all of the products on our website comply with the new CPSIA law.  The safety of your children are of the utmost importance here at Dragonfly Bowtique.

Do you have a Privacy Policy? TOP
Absolutely! We obtain info from you when you register, place an order or fill out and complete a form. This information is never shared and or/sold to agencies or sites that you have not otherwise authorized. You can feel safe ordering and working with us to complete your desired order!
